This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Organizes and leads all Scrum team ceremonies.

• Monitors the progress of tasks during daily meetings.

• Addresses team impediments to maintain high productivity.

• Assesses opportunities for process enhancements based on personal experience, team feedback, and insights from sprint retrospectives.

• Communicates delivery results, quality, deadlines, and costs to the client's management through metrics and visual representations.

• Ensures that the scope outlined by the Product Owner is delivered with exceptional quality.

• Encourages the growth and development of team members.

• Fosters a collaborative environment and mediates conflict situations.

• Over 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.

• Proven experience managing software development teams utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with large-scale and web-based software solutions.

• Certification as a CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I), or a comparable qualification.

• Ability to maintain a macro perspective.

• Flexibility and an understanding of cultural differences across various countries.

• Availability for flexible working hours, as meetings with teams in different time zones like India may occur.

• Proficiency in English.
