This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the operational establishment and enhancement of Agile Tribes. You will lead all ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) while also considering the overall delivery landscape.
• Create and uphold scalable delivery models. You will convert high-level stakeholder objectives into actionable backlogs, coordinating dependencies across various squads.
• Assist Product Owners in refining and prioritizing the backlog using advanced methodologies such as User Story Mapping and WSJF.
• Proactively detect and eliminate bottlenecks in a complex technical landscape involving high-scale data replication and cloud-native services.
• Advocate for Agile and DevOps principles beyond the team level, facilitating workshops on team autonomy and lean thinking.
• Establish and track data-driven metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn-up) to ensure transparent progress reporting to senior management.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Agile leadership roles within large-scale technological environments.
• You are fluent in the language of engineers, possessing a background (or deep understanding) of Azure DevOps, Data Factory, LogicApps, and Cloud databases (CosmosDB/SQL).
• Scaling Expert: You have practical experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model) and are adept at managing "Scrum of Scrums."
• You maintain a balance between a "Coaching" mindset and a "Delivery" mindset, valuing the team's wellbeing as much as the execution of the Roadmap.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level is essential.
• You are familiar with:
• Tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence, Azure DevOps, PowerBI.
• Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking.
• Certifications (Preferred): PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching).
