Script Writer – Telugu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging short-form scripts (under 60 seconds) that feature a compelling storytelling structure.

• Convert content between Regional Language and English, as well as vice versa.

• Create sharp, attention-catching hooks to enhance audience engagement and retention.

• Produce platform-tailored content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social channels.

• Evaluate advertising metrics (CTR, watch time, drop-off rates) to refine creative approaches.

• Work collaboratively with video editors, designers, and creative strategists to realize concepts.

• Transform copy ideas into powerful visual narratives and impactful storytelling sequences.

• Recognize and adapt to emerging trends in content and creativity.

• Distill complex concepts into relatable and emotionally engaging content.

• Continuously consume a variety of content (books, short films, ads) to enhance creative expression and visual literacy.

• Offer creative insights during production to maintain content quality and consistency in tone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or copywriting (preferably in digital/video content).

• Demonstrated ability to produce short-form content with a solid storytelling framework.

• Strong proficiency in both Regional Language and English (written and spoken).

• In-depth understanding of Indian audiences and their cultural nuances.

• Familiarity with digital metrics and performance-oriented storytelling.

• Must provide their own laptop for daily tasks.
