Demand Writer Assistant, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee bilingual client interactions in both English and Spanish during the demand process.

• Facilitate settlement negotiations and manage release documentation in collaboration with insurance adjusters.

• Accurately process and maintain documentation and lien records for all cases.

• Perform systematic follow-ups with clients and insurance representatives to expedite case resolution.

• Assist demand writers with administrative duties and the management of correspondence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with clients and adjusters.

• Availability for full-time employment during the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM PST.

• Proven experience in handling legal documentation, including releases, CMS forms, PLED waivers, and 1.5.1 forms.

• Excellent phone communication abilities for managing both inbound and outbound interactions with clients and insurance adjusters.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed client files and systematically track documentation related to cases.

• Demonstrated capability to coordinate settlements and secure signed legal documents from clients and relevant parties.

• Experience in processing and following up on medical and legal liens, as well as subrogation matters.

• Background in managing professional correspondence through both mail and electronic communication methods.

• Completion of some college coursework, showcasing foundational professional and communication skills.

• Ability to accurately take and convey messages among internal legal team members.
