Grants Writer, Contracts Specialist – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on federal, state, local, and other funding opportunities.

• Prepare and submit proposals, grants, and responses to contracts.

• Ensure that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information and supporting documentation.

• Monitor proposal deadlines, submissions, and awarded contracts.

• Develop and maintain proposal templates and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in grant writing, proposal writing, government contracts, or a related field.

• Proficient writing, editing, research, and proofreading abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a remote team.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, public health, nonprofit, or government-funded programs.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov, GovTribe, Asana, or similar proposal management tools.
