This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Receive, review, and track all correspondence (faxes, mail, emails) received by the department.
• Examine correspondence to ensure completeness before submitting it for further processing.
• Follow up on all received correspondence; organize it and hand it over to the assigned employee.
• Respond to inquiries and questions from members or applicants and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all pending/incomplete files to guarantee quick problem resolution.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Two or three-year college program.
• Bilingual (English/French: C1 level of the CEFR) (required).
• One to three years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of the sector and the policies and processes of the Order's registration.
• Familiarity with office/administrative software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills to address inquiries and provide information clearly and professionally.
• Written communication skills to respond to members’ or applicants’ requests.
• Attention to detail for sorting a large volume of documents and navigating multiple databases to find information.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a high volume of registration requests and meet processing deadlines.
