This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and implement strategic marketing efforts aimed at increasing market share, introducing new products, and enhancing customer relationships.
• Evaluate market trends, craft engaging content, and execute data-driven campaigns that showcase the value of our products to clients.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies for designated protein diagnostics products within the PDX portfolio.
• Analyze scientific data and technical specifications to create persuasive marketing narratives that highlight product benefits and applications.
• Convert complex scientific concepts and technical details into clear, approachable marketing messages suited for a variety of audiences, including clinicians, laboratory experts, researchers, and business decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales and scientific teams to provide accurate product information, campaign assistance, and customer-facing materials that uphold scientific integrity while being appealing from a marketing perspective.
• Aid in the planning of new product launches, which includes preparing launch materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring key actions.
• Develop and maintain scientifically accurate sales tools, product presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing content that effectively convey technical differentiators and clinical significance.
• Work alongside scientific affairs, product management, business development, and regulatory teams to translate key scientific insights into value propositions for various stakeholder groups.
• Support the organization of marketing events such as congresses, seminars, webinars, KOL, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with regional partners.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities.

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field within the scientific/healthcare sector.
• An Advanced Degree is highly preferred.
• Desired fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of protein diagnostics disease areas and diagnostic technologies is essential.
• Detail-oriented, possessing strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Capable of working independently on complex, high-profile programs while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Excellent project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to advance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experienced in crafting marketing materials and content across various channels.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required, with proficiency in English and additional languages considered a plus.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with customers, KOLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Technically proficient with a creative mindset and a practical, results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
