School Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual social-emotional support and counseling services to students.

• Conduct regular student check-ins and track progress towards social-emotional objectives.

• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community resources to enhance student well-being.

• Attend student support team meetings as required.

• Assist with interventions related to attendance, behavior, and social-emotional issues.

• Keep accurate documentation and maintain service records.

• Contribute to the school's initiatives aimed at promoting a positive and inclusive educational environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline.

• Current Colorado School Social Worker credential from the Colorado Department of Education or the capability to acquire the necessary Colorado credentials (we offer reimbursement for cross-licensing!).

• Preferably have experience working with schools and school-aged children.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to build rapport and engage students effectively in a virtual setting.
