School Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Advance the academic mission by delivering services that enhance partnerships among home, school, and community.

• Execute programs aimed at assisting students and families with interpersonal adjustment challenges.

• Collaborate with school teams to identify and support families in accessing necessary resources.

• Work in conjunction with teachers to pinpoint students who may be “at risk” or “in crisis.”

• Serve as the primary liaison for students and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Social Work is mandatory.

• ASW with PPS or CLSW credentials is required.

• Experience and a proven interest in working with at-risk youth are essential.

• Knowledge of and familiarity with Minnesota resources and agencies is necessary.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for school-related events.
