Scheduling Support Coordinator – U.S. Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and arrange caregivers to ensure clients receive care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

• Pair caregivers with clients based on their availability, skills, personality compatibility, and geographic location.

• Simultaneously manage scheduling software, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

• Promptly address inquiries from clients and caregivers while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

• Communicate any schedule modifications to clients, caregivers, and the internal team.

• Resolve scheduling issues, cancellations, and unexpected changes effectively.

• Oversee daily schedules to guarantee coverage for client visits and identify potential gaps for escalation.

• Foster positive relationships with clients and caregivers through professional and empathetic communication.

• Collaborate with the broader scheduling team during peak periods.

• Keep accurate, real-time records of scheduling activities.

• Prioritize urgent matters while ensuring precision in scheduling.

• Detect issues early and proactively inform management when assistance is needed.

• Comfortable operating across multiple computer systems concurrently.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Confident in using Microsoft Office and various computer systems.

• Availability Monday through Friday from 14:30 to 23:30 South African time, adaptable to U.S. daylight-saving changes.

• Required to work on South African and U.S. public holidays.

• Must have a mandatory fixed fibre line with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds and wired Ethernet capability.

• Reliable power backup to accommodate load shedding or outages.
