Scheduling Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of Scheduling Coordinators through continuous feedback, training, and performance management.

• Supervise daily scheduling activities to ensure that client service deadlines and internal service level expectations are achieved.

• Manage workforce capacity by effectively balancing workload, coverage, travel, and resource availability across designated markets.

• Leverage Salesforce scheduling tools to enhance scheduling efficiency, maintain data integrity, and optimize operational workflows.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to set, track, and report on departmental KPIs and scheduling performance metrics.

• Analyze scheduling patterns, capacity risks, and operational challenges while offering recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• Work in partnership with Recruiting, Field Leadership, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to address staffing and operational priorities.

• Standardize and enhance scheduling processes while ensuring adherence to company and client standards.

• Cultivate a high-performing scheduling team, increase schedule fill rates and operational efficiency, and provide accurate reporting along with strategic recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, dispatch, or operations.

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Familiarity with Salesforce scheduling tools or workforce management systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams.
