This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Proactively identifies potential service issues prior to their occurrence and is equipped to recommend resolutions.
• Actively oversee and manage service-specific components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential to handle multiple technical challenges across various services and projects concurrently.
• Assess recommendations for service enhancements, with the ability to pinpoint gaps or propose alternative solutions.
• Anticipate service issues in advance and drive the implementation of suggested modifications.
• Over 7 years of comprehensive IT experience.
• More than 4 years of experience in pertinent technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Incident Management, Service Requests, Change Requests, and ServiceNow.
• Strong support knowledge and experience in delivering 24/7 support.
• Familiarity with source control using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience and proven understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting and experience in automation through scripting.
• Experience with Copilot or Agentic AI.
