This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Enter client and staff schedule modifications with meticulous attention to detail to maintain data accuracy.
• Manage staffing substitutions, allowing clinicians to fill open staffing requirements during call-outs.
• Assist with same-day call-out procedures as necessary to ensure coverage and reduce service interruptions.
• Utilize CentralReach practice management software across all clinical service locations.
• Supervise and manage the recording and monitoring of all hourly clinicians’ availability and service timetables.
• Review the status of terminated and on-leave employees, updating CR calendars accordingly.
• Support payroll operations by facilitating timely CentralReach (CR) conversions and performing timesheet audits.
• Examine CR codes and PTO usage to guarantee precise payroll processing and usage tracking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for all stakeholders through courteous, prompt, and clear communication across all platforms.
• Oversee new processes managed by Scheduling, collaborating with team members to implement innovative scheduling and time-off best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience collaborating with clients and providers in a healthcare environment is desired.
• Familiarity with ABA and Autism services, as well as the CentralReach platform, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling within CentralReach and utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
