This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in operations by ensuring precise course scheduling.
• Analyze past scheduling data to guide and support strategic decisions regarding scheduling.
• Coordinate instructor availability to meet student demand.
• Recognize common user issues and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user adoption.
• Oversee and maintain the course scheduling database.
• Accurately and promptly process course additions, modifications, and cancellations.
• Confirm that accurate course information is stored in the necessary databases.
• Provide support for an upcoming government language instruction contract.
• Must have and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment.
• Must be certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or demonstrate equivalent skills.
• A minimum of three years of experience in education and training course scheduling is highly preferred.
• Experience in supporting a language training contract is desirable.
• Military linguist or Command Language Program experience is advantageous.
• Must be available for a 9–5 schedule or as required by the customer.
