This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Take charge of the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio, ensuring that agencies achieve success from the initial go-live stage through their annual renewal periods.
• Consistently analyze usage metrics to pinpoint accounts that are deemed "unhealthy" (low engagement) or "at-risk."
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the "Scaled" playbook—discovering the most effective methods to deliver a "white-glove" experience to a large number of agencies using technology.
• Create an extensive library of self-service resources, which includes "How-to" videos and best practice documentation.
• Oversee and produce content that addresses customer inquiries and fosters ongoing engagement.
• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred along with 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Advocacy, Sales, or Public Safety.
• Preferred knowledge of the Rave portfolio product.
• Must be eligible to obtain background clearance as mandated by our government clients.
