This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer business objectives, networking environments, and security needs.
• Develop and communicate scalable SASE and Zero Trust architectures that integrate secure SD-WAN, SSE, identity-based access, and firewall technologies.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept that highlight HPE Aruba Networking SASE, including SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DEM applications.
• Position and integrate solutions within the wider HPE + Juniper networking and security portfolio, covering next-generation firewalls and data-center-to-cloud security frameworks.
• Assist in sales initiatives by addressing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with precise, technically accurate documentation and diagrams.
• Work collaboratively with account managers, specialist peers, partners, and services teams to ensure successful deal outcomes.
• Deliver presentations confidently to both technical audiences and executive stakeholders, including security leaders and architects.
• Provide field insights to product management and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and enhance solutions.
• Travel across the Eastern U.S. to support customer meetings, partner engagements, workshops, and industry events.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture positions.
• Practical experience with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, or cloud-based security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, IPsec, SSL-VPN, IDS/IPS, and traffic inspection techniques.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, BGP, and OSPF.
• Familiarity with identity and access concepts including SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and role-based access control.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud).
• Comfortable with delivering live demonstrations, whiteboarding architectures, and conducting customer POCs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey complex technical concepts into clear business value.
