SAP Training & Adoption Consultant – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate extensive training strategies that are in line with SAP GROW implementation schedules and business goals.

• Perform assessments to determine training needs and identify learning requirements based on specific roles.

• Develop training plans, timelines, and learning pathways for business users and essential stakeholders.

• Assist with organizational readiness and initiatives aimed at user adoption.

• Create and design interactive training materials such as: User Guides, Quick Reference Cards, Process Documentation, eLearning Content, Training Presentations, Job Aids, and Knowledge Base Articles.

• Facilitate both instructor-led virtual and in-person training sessions.

• Implement Train-the-Trainer programs and provide support for super-user networks.

• Lead interactive workshops and demonstrations of the SAP system.

• Promote initiatives that enhance user engagement and increase the utilization of the SAP system.

• Collect user feedback and propose opportunities for ongoing improvements.

• Assist with activities related to go-live readiness and provide support to users post-go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, user enablement, or organizational adoption programs.

• Proven experience in supporting ERP, digital transformation, or implementations of enterprise applications.

• In-depth knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Experience in creating training materials and leading end-user training sessions.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote and client-facing setting.
