SAP Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation aspects of products for clients utilizing SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.

• Tailor and configure SAP systems to facilitate integration with our document archiving solution.

• Collaborate with product development teams to offer feature and design insights, as well as assist in the actual development of features.

• Work in close partnership with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployments.

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales phase, delivering customized and impactful demonstrations to potential clients.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during and after the implementation process.

• Provide constructive feedback to product and development teams to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Aid in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in technical roles related to SAP (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors, or other relevant fields).

• Practical experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms).

• Experience with SAP customizations, enhancements, and BADI/user exits.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable delivering presentations to clients, both online and in person.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
