SAP SVC2 Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment and enhancement of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

• Engage throughout the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuration, integration, and providing support post-go-live.

• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

• Ensure smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

• Configure and implement SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2) solutions.

• Assist with implementations focused on utilities, including Meter-to-Cash processes.

• Configure customer service processes such as Business Master Data, Move-In/Move-Out, disconnection, and reconnection.

• Aid in system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training.

• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.

• Mentor junior consultants and assist in building team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as an SAP CRM / SVC2 Consultant.

• Strong proficiency in the configuration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2).

• Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP C4C with S/4HANA or ECC.

• In-depth knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector, particularly Meter-to-Cash processes.

• Practical experience with SAP ISU modules, including FICA, Billing, and Device Management.

• Experience in at least one complete lifecycle implementation and multiple project environments (Implementation & AMS).

• Familiarity with SVC2 components such as business roles, layouts, ID mapping, and code list configuration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work in global, cross-functional settings.

• SAP Utilities certification or exposure to Service Cloud V2 is a desirable asset.
