SAP SuccessFactors Integration Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily support for SAP SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to integrations.

• Oversee integration processes and proactively detect potential issues.

• Ensure compliance with established SLAs and support procedures.

• Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to address integration challenges.

• Assist in testing, deployments, and minor enhancements of current integrations.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base entries.

• Engage in client meetings and provide consistent updates on support activities and issue resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position.

• Practical experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Familiarity with integration concepts, interfaces, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience in a ticket-based support environment, managing priorities in line with SLAs.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in a client-facing role.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in configuring or supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and OData services is a plus.
