SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on implementation and/or production assistance for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

• Work closely with clients to address system challenges and collect requirements.

• Oversee and carry out large-scale uploads of employee and organizational data into Employee Central.

• Set up and manage Business Rules Management and MDF Object Management.

• Assist in comprehensive digital transformation initiatives for global clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong oral English skills for effective collaboration with international teams.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.

• Current SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance and Goal, and Onboarding (preferred).

• Experience in release management (preferred).

• Ability to manage and engage with more than 2 customers at a time (preferred).

• Familiarity with ticketing systems like SNOW and JIRA (preferred).

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (preferred).
