SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Time Tracking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Configure and manage the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module.

• Implement work time regulations, time banks, shift schedules, and time entries.

• Collect requirements and facilitate workshops with HR and operations teams.

• Assist with integrations involving Employee Central and payroll systems.

• Engage in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

• Ensure adherence to time and attendance control processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or Time Management.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting the module.

• Familiarity with work time regulations, time banks, and labor laws.

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Tracking certification.

• Preferred: Experience in multinational settings.

• Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP.

• Experience with payroll integrations.
