SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors projects as part of the SAP GROW transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and activities for gathering requirements.

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions in accordance with business needs and SAP best practices.

• Assist in the complete implementation process, which includes design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure that HR processes are aligned with SAP Cloud standards.

• Evaluate HR business processes and suggest improvements.

• Create future-state HR processes by utilizing the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors.

• Work collaboratively with integration and technical teams to facilitate interface and data migration tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Proven experience in implementing one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, Employee Experience Management.

• Strong comprehension of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

• Experience in participating in SAP Cloud implementation projects.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
