SAP SD Consultant, OTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage sales order processing within the SAP SD environment.

• Analyze and address Level 2 support tickets.

• Continuously monitor the system for any discrepancies.

• Assist with billing, pricing, and taxation procedures.

• Deliver functional SAP support and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Support the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP SD Consultant.

• Proficient in SAP OTC processes, encompassing orders, quotations, pricing, and billing.

• Familiarity with tax management, including Vertex and tax code applications.

• Proven track record in providing functional support and resolving Level 2 tickets within SAP SD.

• Knowledge of ABAP for debugging and analyzing problems.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (required).

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach.

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
