SAP S4/HANA Deployment Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct the comprehensive deployment of SAP S/4HANA across designated sites, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

• Uphold global template standards while addressing key localization needs.

• Act as the primary liaison for business and program management, providing updates on progress and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Oversee the phases of rollout, which includes testing, system integration, and coordination with vendors.

• Monitor project risks, implement proactive solutions, and escalate significant issues as necessary.

• Aid in the development of communication strategies, manage change impacts, and lead training for end-users.

• Oversee data migration, manage the final cutover, and ensure business continuity during the hypercare period.

• Spearhead the implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA template across various international locations while meeting local business and regulatory needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading complete SAP S/4HANA lifecycle deployment projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, or Rollout implementations within a global enterprise setting.

• Solid understanding of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and PM, alongside cross-functional integration.

• Proven track record of managing extensive, multi-country deployments in collaboration with external implementation partners.

• Extensive experience in project governance, PMO methodologies, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

• Adaptable to working in dynamic, global matrixed, and culturally diverse environments.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in or near Portsmouth, NH, Houston, TX, or Walkersville, MD to enable travel and in-person interactions with US sites.
