📋 Description

• You would be an excellent fit if you possess experience in managing large-scale, intricate programs and projects focused on business process and system transformation, particularly ERP implementation utilizing SAP’s S4 HANA solution.

• The Functional Data Lead Analyst will oversee conversion activities, interpret and document conversion requirements along with detailed plans.

• This role involves driving execution tasks in collaboration with various team members and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and escalating issues as necessary.

• The Functional Data Lead Analyst is expected to adhere to project management processes and best practices to ensure alignment of all tasks, activities, and resources with overall program and organizational goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to finalize the build phase, assisting in system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care activities.

• Prepare conversion functional specification documents, value mapping, cross-reference documents, and data model documents across multiple deployments.

• Propel conversion progress, ensuring task completion and milestone achievement to stay on track with overall timelines.

• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional topic leads to drive collaboration.

• Assess team member workloads, identify potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the conversion process.

• Engage in proactive risk management by identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring potential risks while providing real-time alerts for critical issues.

• Oversee the monitoring and tracking of conversion and deviation issue resolution.

• Clearly communicate expectations and foster accountability among team members.

• Address conflicts, encourage collaboration, and inspire teams toward shared objectives.

• Manage multiple conversion activities, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management to achieve program goals.

• Additional duties include documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, internal stakeholder communication, and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of cutover activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience OR, in the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, ideally within a sales operations or customer fulfillment environment, with responsibilities related to the Order to Cash workstream (such as demand management, configure‑price‑quote (CPQ), order capture and orchestration, delivery logistics, and billing & receivables).

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX US locations. Travel requirements will vary as the program progresses through different project phases.

• Proficiency in SAP knowledge with prior implementation experience.

• Familiarity with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile scrum methodologies.

• Experience working in a matrixed team environment, collaborating across various lines of business processes and digital initiatives.

• Proven ability to manage multiple project activities concurrently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment (both virtually and in-person).

• Effectively lead, influence, and manage change across multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership CORE or equivalent (e.g., Six Sigma or Change Management) and project management expertise.
