SAP Project Manager, OCM Experience

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete SAP project delivery process, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks.

• Administer all stages of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery to executive stakeholders.

• Spearhead project governance, which includes risk management, issue resolution, and maintaining communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Conduct project, sponsor, and change governance meetings, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

• Create and track KPIs to monitor both project performance and success in adoption.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (up to VP level), serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement process.

• Aid in pre-sales efforts, such as solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

• Recognize opportunities for account expansion and participate in business development initiatives.

• Implement and execute change management strategies, which include impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and cross-functional cooperation to guarantee successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.

• Mentor and guide consulting teams, promoting excellence in project delivery and professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese at an advanced level is essential.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in SAP project delivery, with substantial exposure to project management.

• Proven track record in leading full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA, EWM, TM, or Supply Chain Logistics).

• Experience in Organizational Change Management, including strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption.

• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate, multi-country or enterprise-level projects.

• Strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.

• Background in pre-sales, encompassing effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to interact at the executive level.

• Strong communication and leadership skills in dynamic, multicultural settings.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.

• SAP Active certification is also a plus.
