📋 Description

• Strategize, execute, and monitor project performance with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and within budget constraints.

• Define project scopes and goals, engaging all relevant stakeholders while confirming technical feasibility.

• Ensure the availability and effective allocation of resources.

• Create a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress.

• Employ suitable verification methods to manage alterations in project scope, timelines, and costs.

• Evaluate project performance utilizing the appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Communicate and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.

• Execute risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.

• Build and sustain relationships with external partners/vendors.

• Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Polish.

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within the IT industry.

• Strong technical foundation, with knowledge or practical experience in software development and web technologies.

• Excellent client-facing skills and effective internal communication abilities.

• Proficient in JIRA, with familiarity in agile methodologies and other project management frameworks.

• Strong organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.
