Project Coordinator – Generative AI Data Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement essential operational processes to guarantee the daily fulfillment of customer commitments.

• Oversee and manage various components of daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and customer service.

• Establish a productive feedback loop connecting the front line, product teams, strategy, and customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Operations, Product Operations, Product Managers, and others, to meet company goals and KPIs.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

• Provide assistance in onboarding and training of new team members.

• Analyze operational data and metrics to pinpoint areas requiring improvement.

• Engage in process optimization initiatives and develop innovative solutions to overcome bottlenecks.

• Support financial budgeting and reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Bachelor's degree in a data-driven field (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.

• At least 2-4 years of experience in an operations role and/or at a prestigious consulting firm.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A results-driven mindset that combines creative problem-solving with the resourcefulness needed to achieve outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills.

• Capable of analytical thinking, planning, and process enhancement.

• Familiarity with SQL or proven analytical skills.
