📋 Description

• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring thorough planning and execution, risk management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and control over scope and costs.

• Addresses issues of moderate complexity, where the assessment of situations and/or data necessitates evaluating various factors.

• Effectively manages uncertainty and adopts a systematic approach to process solutions that foster growth and continuous improvement.

• Engages with both internal company contacts and external clients/vendors on routine matters.

• Cultivates productive working relationships both internally and externally.

• Typically receives general guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new projects or assignments.

• Utilizes judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the most suitable course of action.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a life science or a related discipline (e.g., engineering).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Central Laboratories, either within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech organization.

• Exceptional listening and communication abilities, with a unique talent for making internal colleagues and clients feel acknowledged.

• Strong computer proficiency and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; high emotional intelligence.

• Robust understanding of project management principles and data analysis techniques.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent research and reporting skills.

• Demonstrated use of judgment and discretion.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and fluently speaking and understanding English.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (approximately 10-25%).

• May require extended work hours to fulfill business demands.
