SAP PMO Lead – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold governance frameworks for the PMO pertaining to SAP GROW implementation programs.

• Define standards, templates, reporting structures, and governance processes for project management.

• Ensure compliance with the SAP Activate methodology, project controls, and delivery standards.

• Oversee project compliance, quality metrics, and governance requirements.

• Assist in portfolio management and project prioritization efforts.

• Create and maintain executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI tracking, and governance documentation.

• Prepare materials for steering committees, executive presentations, and updates for leadership.

• Consolidate reporting across various projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.

• Provide insights into program health, risks, issues, budget performance, and resource utilization.

• Facilitate governance meetings and track action items.

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and overall financial performance.

• Track resource allocation, utilization, demand planning, and capacity management.

• Assist project managers with budget controls and financial reporting.

• Identify resource constraints and coordinate staffing needs across different programs.

• Maintain centralized logs for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.

• Monitor mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

• Support the planning and execution of SAP GROW implementation projects.

• Coordinate activities among functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams.

• Ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and governance requirements are met.

• Advocate for best practices, standardization, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in PMO, project governance, program management, or project controls.

• Experience in supporting ERP transformation or enterprise software implementation initiatives.

• Strong experience in:

• Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs.

• Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certification.

• Experience collaborating with SAP implementation partners or consulting firms.

• Experience in managing global or multi-country transformation initiatives.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar PMO tools.
