SAP Payments Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled SAP Payments Functional Consultant to become part of our team, focusing on SAP Fioneer Banking solutions. This consultant will be essential in assisting clients with their core banking transformation journeys, utilizing SAP’s functional strengths to design, implement, and enhance payment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain and expand knowledge of SAP Fioneer Banking applications, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, perform needs analysis, and provide consultative insights throughout transformation journeys.

• Showcase SAP Fioneer Banking capabilities and customize solutions to meet client requirements, emphasizing functional expertise.

• Assist in creating proposals that align with organizational standards and client expectations.

• Establish and review client controls, suggest best practices, and ensure client approval of solutions.

• Guide clients on standard versus customized options, ensuring optimal utilization of SAP capabilities.

• Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks during projects; contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

• Comply with project management standards, departmental procedures, and quality assurance protocols.

• Support post-implementation activities, ensuring timely completion and updates to documentation.

• **Job Requirements**

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the banking sector, with specific expertise in the SAP Fioneer Banking suite.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• SAP FI/CO or SAP Fioneer certification is a plus.

• **Required Skills:**

• Proven experience in SAP Fioneer Banking functional consulting, including implementations and support.

• Strong understanding of domestic and international banking sectors, processes, and KPIs.

• Expertise in System Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), quality assurance, and risk management.

• Exceptional business writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Familiarity with banking domain software platforms and vendors.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and migration initiatives within the banking industry.

• Client-facing consulting experience with stakeholder engagement and workshops.

• Background in Core Banking Transformation programs at various levels (management, design, implementation).
