SAP Mobility, Scheduling Expert – Utilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery and execution of SAP Mobility and/or Scheduling initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert during client workshops and design discussions.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, such as Business Process Documents and Functional Specification Documents.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams.

• Assist in Integration and User Acceptance Testing phases.

• Design and configure comprehensive Mobile Work Execution solutions that integrate SAP ECC or S/4 HANA with mobile platforms for field use.

• Create and implement best practices for scheduling and dispatching.

• Define and set up mobile transaction flows for work order lifecycle events.

• Deploy SAP Mobility & Scheduling solutions that comply with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate integration between scheduling platforms and SAP PM/EAM.

• Prepare a cutover plan for the system and offer support to end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the utilities industry, technology, and SAP services.

• A minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations in the utilities domain, including at least 1 project focused on SAP Scheduling and/or Mobility.

• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in SAP Mobility & Scheduling.

• Strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / EAM configuration and/or business processes.

• Functional expertise in SAP ISU / CR&B implementation components and their integration with SAP PM/EAM.

• Proven capability to translate complex business needs into organized project deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business field is preferred.
