SAP IBP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in comprehensive Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs, overseeing everything from process template creation to implementation.

• Involve yourself in project delivery across the phases of Design, Development, Testing, Training, and Hypercare.

• Collaborate in workshops with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, devise Solution Architecture, and design effective supply chain processes within SAP IBP.

• Assist in the implementation and customization of SAP IBP modules tailored to meet specific business needs.

• Work alongside the team to facilitate key user training and provide support to end-users regarding SAP IBP utilization, best practices, and troubleshooting strategies.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues, maintain a knowledge management repository, and optimize the test suite following go-live.

• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to tackle technical challenges and ensure the stability and uptime of the SAP IBP system.

• Engage in initiatives that integrate SAP IBP with other enterprise systems to enhance data flow.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of business terminologies and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects, with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.

• Lifecycle implementation experience in any SAP IBP module such as Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, and S&OP.

• If only involved in support for SAP IBP, then at least 5 years of experience in SAP IBP support is required.

• Expertise in SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.

• Technical knowledge in solution design, technical integration, and development tasks related to SAP IBP modules.

• Prior experience with any module of SAP APO and integration methodologies is an added advantage.

• SAP IBP certification is a plus.

• Willingness to travel to client locations for key workshops and training sessions.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A diverse business skill set encompassing stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and information for various audiences.
