This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and execute customer-specific solutions utilizing ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.

• Create innovative offerings leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Generate technical analyses for solutions within the SAP S/4HANA framework.

• (Further) enhance our solution portfolio — from initial analysis and design to production deployment.

• Engage directly with clients during the conception, analysis, and interface testing phases — collaborating with the responsible consultant to devise tailored solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) specializing in ABAP / ABAP OO.

• Strong expertise in the (further) development and maintenance of SAP HCM modules PA, PY, and PT (including infotypes, BAdIs, transports, clusters, logical databases like PNP/PNPCE, and HR Forms).

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Proficiency in interface development (OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, ALE/IDocs) as well as in SAP BTP and CPI.

• Experience in SAP cloud development (SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ABAP Web Dynpro).

• A strong commitment to quality, along with excellent teamwork skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.
