SAP HCM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with clients and the team to enhance and digitalize HR processes.

• Creating and deploying both tailored and standard applications and extensions for SAP.

• Leading workshops and developing concepts to facilitate effective project advancements.

• Gaining knowledge and experience with contemporary methodologies such as Design Thinking and SCRUM.

• Engaging in (pre-)sales activities to secure new projects and clients.

• Directing and coordinating projects based on your strengths and interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.

• Proficiency in German is essential; good command of English is a plus.

• You have relevant experience in the SAP HCM domain.

• Strong knowledge of ABAP and UI5, along with related technologies and architectures, is required.

• Familiarity with HCM data structures and modules is necessary.

• You exhibit curiosity, confidence, responsibility, service orientation, and a customer-centric approach.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites for on-site work or team meetings is expected.

• Desirable: Experience with SAP cloud architectures and tools like BTP, BAS, etc.

• You possess an agile mindset and have experience with agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
