This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver expert support for SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll, addressing tickets and ensuring efficient payroll operations.
• Oversee daily support across SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, PA, OM, and TM.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within specified SLA timelines.
• Provide clear documentation, conduct root-cause analysis, and offer practical solutions.
• Assist with minor enhancements and change requests with accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless AMS delivery.
• Ensure all support activities comply with legal and internal standards.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior consultants to enhance team capabilities.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and incident reviews.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll, including configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong comprehension of operational payroll and HR processes, including UK and Ireland payroll legislation.
• Demonstrated experience in client support settings, managing high ticket volumes, and achieving SLA targets.
• Capability to work independently, mentor others, and enhance service delivery processes.
• Experience in managing client relationships and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Confidence in identifying issues, suggesting solutions, and escalating as needed.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams, partners, and vendors.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commercial awareness and dedication to fulfilling client expectations.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous, but not mandatory.
