SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide functional consulting in SAP HCM, focusing on HR processes.

• Analyze, optimize, and implement customer-specific HR workflows.

• Prepare functional specifications, facilitate workshops, and closely coordinate with stakeholders.

• Assist with customization tasks within SAP HCM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g., PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS).

• Strong understanding of HR processes and their representation in the SAP system.

• Experience in customizing SAP HCM functionalities.

• Preferred: knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP).
