SAP Functional Trainer / Coach – SuccessFactors, MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist a student throughout their educational journey.

• Provide guidance and advice as the student works on their program projects.

• Motivate the student through hands-on advice and industry experience.

• Monitor the student's progress during mentoring sessions.

• Evaluate students during formal presentations and assessments.

• Report any issues or challenges related to the student.

• Utilize the educational materials developed and supplied by SproClub on the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with proficiency in at least one of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM, or SuccessFactors.

• SAP certification obtained or in progress, with a confirmed exam date.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts, provide structured feedback, and establish learning objectives.

• Prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.

• Submit a CV along with SAP certification.

• Technical interview lasting between 30 to 45 minutes.

• Freelance status required (either as a sole proprietor or a company).
