This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead and oversee the Customer Innovations (AMS) team for SAP Digital Supply Chain.
• Take ownership of the operational excellence for AMS services, which includes managing SLA performance, incident resolution, enhancements, and releases.
• Serve as the main escalation point for key customers within the Digital Supply Chain sector.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Promote a proactive support approach by identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation that extend beyond basic support.
• Supervise and continuously enhance support processes, governance, and service delivery standards.
• Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and SAP teams to guarantee a smooth transition from projects to AMS.
• Develop continuous improvement roadmaps that align with customer objectives and SAP’s innovative capabilities.
• Assist in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives by recognizing additional value opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Guide, mentor, and develop AMS consultants, promoting capability enhancement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to the advancement of DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain AMS offerings, assets, and accelerators.
• Demonstrated experience in leading SAP AMS/support teams, preferably in a consulting or SAP partner setting.
• Strong functional expertise across SAP Digital Supply Chain, including areas such as Planning (IBP, PP/DS), Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships with accountability for service quality, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of S/4HANA Cloud and integrated supply chain processes.
• Ability to balance business-as-usual support stability with innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned support models, governance, and SLA-driven service delivery is highly valued.
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience in supporting renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
• SAP certifications or formal SAP training are highly regarded.
• A coaching mindset with a passion for developing individuals and building high-performing teams.
