SAP Delivery Manager – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects.

• Supervise project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, and partner resources.

• Develop delivery governance, project controls, and quality assurance protocols.

• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and advocate for SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.

• Track project health, resource usage, risks, issues, and dependencies across various engagements.

• Serve as the main escalation point for delivery-related challenges and client inquiries.

• Conduct executive-level status reviews, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder communications.

• Collaborate with sales and presales teams during project transitions and solution planning processes.

• Assist in resource forecasting, staffing, capacity planning, and delivery optimization efforts.

• Ensure the successful execution of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.

• Promote customer satisfaction, project profitability, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and delivery.

• More than 5 years of experience managing SAP programs, projects, or delivery organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP GROW implementation methodology and SAP Activate.

• Experience in managing global and distributed project teams.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
