SAP Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Finance department to gain insights into planning processes, business requirements, and use cases.

• Evaluate and assess the current list of use cases, converting business needs into data and planning deliverables.

• Assist in the transition of planning processes and models from Vena to SAP SAC Planning.

• Develop, verify, and modify data models, planning frameworks, reports, and input templates within SAP SAC.

• Conduct financial data analysis, reconciliations, validations, and quality assurance checks on data.

• Aid in the organization and integration of data from various sources.

• Produce tangible work products rather than solely functioning in an advisory role.

• Work together with both business and technical stakeholders to guarantee that solutions fulfill Finance requirements.

• Record business rules, data flows, assumptions, and decisions made during the project.

• Assist with testing, user validation, troubleshooting, and adjustments following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in finance, planning, or data transformation initiatives.

• Practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud — SAC Planning.

• Familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, or financial reporting methodologies.

• Capability to engage directly with business teams, particularly within Finance.

• Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, validation, and the delivery of data-driven solutions.

• Advanced skills in Excel, encompassing complex data analysis.

• Excellent communication abilities with both functional and technical stakeholders.

• An analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to work remotely within an onshore model.
