SAP Cloud ERP Strategist – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate transformation strategies for SAP Cloud ERP that align with business objectives and growth targets.

• Evaluate existing ERP environments, business processes, and readiness for the adoption of SAP Cloud.

• Develop roadmaps for ERP modernization, including business cases and transformation initiatives.

• Provide guidance to clients on SAP GROW adoption strategies and implementation methodologies.

• Establish target operating models that utilize SAP best practices and standardized business processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, key business stakeholders, and transformation sponsors.

• Lead executive workshops, visioning sessions, and strategic planning meetings.

• Deliver recommendations for ERP transformations, justifications for investments, and strategies for realizing value.

• Assess and suggest opportunities for process standardization and harmonization.

• Assist organizations in process redesign and cloud-enabled business transformations.

• Advise on organizational preparedness, change management, and strategies for cloud adoption.

• Keep abreast of developments in SAP GROW, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, and SAP innovation roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy.

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and cloud ERP transformations.

• Proven expertise in:

• - SAP GROW

• - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• - ERP Strategy & Roadmapping

• - Business Transformation

• - Executive Advisory Services

• - Operating Model Design

• - Organizational Change Management

• Strong comprehension of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Professional Services processes.

• Experience in engaging with C-level executives and senior leaders in business.
