SAP Cloud Application Programming Model Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of cloud-based applications utilizing the SAP CAP framework with JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Designing data structures through Core Data Services (CDS).

• Creating and exposing OData services (V2 / V4) for both external and internal systems.

• Developing user-friendly interfaces using SAP Fiori Elements.

• Engaging with and developing on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Constructing, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated deployments.

• Collaborating closely with architecture, project, and domain teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensuring code quality, testing, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in development using SAP CAP (Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript).

• Strong understanding of CDS (Core Data Services).

• Experience with OData services (V2 / V4) and API design.

• Familiarity with Fiori Elements or SAP UI technologies.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP and its various services.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
