SAP BW Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP BW solutions, encompassing data models, data flows, transformations, and reporting.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into scalable and efficient SAP BW solutions.

• Establish and sustain ETL processes, including data extraction, transformations, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and reporting structures.

• Diagnose production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application and data support.

• Collaborate with SAP, data engineering, reporting, and business teams to guarantee data quality, accuracy, and performance.

• Engage in SAP BW enhancements, integrations, testing, deployments, and the creation of technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of practical experience with SAP BW/SAP Business Warehouse.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Robust experience in SAP BW data modeling, ETL, data extraction, transformations, and reporting.

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA is highly desirable.

• Strong comprehension of SAP data structures, integration concepts, and business intelligence processes.

• Proven track record in gathering requirements and converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Proficient SQL and data analysis capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is advantageous.

• Familiarity with working in large enterprise environments is preferred.
