SAP Business Operating Manager – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Central role in steering and orchestrating strategy, processes, resources, and operational execution

• Act as the interface among management, delivery, finance, HR, and the Business Transformation Office

• Foster transparency, stability, and scalability in daily operations

• Manage business operating processes from start to finish

• Drive continuous enhancements of processes and governance frameworks

• Support transformation and growth initiatives while ensuring their effective execution

• Establish a system for KPIs, forecasting, and reporting

• Prioritize various initiatives

• Convert strategic objectives into specific, measurable actions

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Digital Transformation, or a similar qualification

• Several years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or a comparable program/control function

• A solid understanding of service, delivery, and operating models

• Experience in transformation and scaling projects

• Capability to strategically develop operational processes and align them with growth goals

• Strong commercial and business insight

• Familiarity with KPIs and reporting mechanisms

• A structured, analytical, and solution-focused approach to work

• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness

• Proficient interaction with management and various stakeholders at all levels

• Fluent in German (C2 level)

• Good command of English, both spoken and written
