This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage SAP BASIS systems, which includes installations, upgrades, patches, client copies, and system refreshes.

• Evaluate system performance and ensure stability.

• Resolve technical challenges as they arise.

• Administer SAP user accounts and manage security roles/authorizations.

• Maintain adherence to security policies and SAP best practices.

• Assist with database administration tasks in collaboration with database teams.

• Partner with global teams on comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the role of an SAP Basis Administrator.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrates a high-performance mindset: resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Profound understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies or AI coding assistants is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing SAP BASIS installations, upgrades, patches, client copies, and system refreshes.

• Skilled in monitoring system performance and stability, along with troubleshooting technical issues.

• Proficient in SAP user administration and managing security roles/authorizations.

• Knowledgeable about security policies and SAP best practices.

• Experience in supporting database administration efforts alongside DB teams.
