SAP BASIS Administrator, AWS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential technical support for the S/4HANA ecosystem and AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Oversee system performance and carry out basic administration tasks alongside incident management.

• Ensure system health and manage standard transports effectively.

• Assist senior team members with system copies and patching operations within a federal cloud environment.

• Conduct workshops to define requirements for sales contracts, order processing, and federal pricing models.

• Configure SAP Sales and Distribution, Condition Technique, Logistics Execution, and associated integrations.

• Guarantee billing interfaces with Universal Journal and Revenue Accounting and Reporting for compliance purposes.

• Coordinate updates to revenue and accounts receivable within Funds Management.

• Collaborate with developers on output forms, EDI interfaces, and enhancements for federal reporting.

• Lead the migration of customer master data, open sales orders, and historical billing documents.

• Develop and execute Order-to-Cash test plans.

• Implement SAP Fiori applications for enhanced sales-order visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP BASIS administration or general IT systems administration (Linux/Windows).

• Knowledge of cloud concepts, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

• Familiarity with the AWS Management Console.

• Understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture.

• Basic functional knowledge of Linux command-line operations.

• Experience with HANA database management and S/4HANA operations is a plus.

• Awareness of data privacy and Least Privilege access in a federal setting is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.

• Must be a US Citizen without dual citizenship.

• Eligibility to obtain a government Secret Clearance is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Must possess US work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.
