This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead a team of professionals specializing in data analytics and reporting.
• Utilize large datasets to develop automated workflows and provide valuable insights.
• Design, create, and sustain intricate Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Construct and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across Alteryx workflows.
• Implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to discover opportunities for enhancement through Alteryx automation and data optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp critical data requirements.
• Aid in the implementation of an innovative software system for USTRANSCOM's financial auditability and transportation logistics.
• Assist in optimizing operations on a global mission.
• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance or an Interim Secret clearance.
• Proven experience in leading strategic data management, integration, and execution for complex programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx, ideally in government or defense settings.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in implementation and large-scale data migration projects.
• Advanced skills in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience in managing substantial data migration initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying strategies and insights to executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DoD logistics systems.
• In-depth understanding of data governance principles, practices, and associated tools.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a closely related field.
• Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment (preferred).
• Expertise in SAP, particularly within public sector or DoD contexts (preferred).
• Direct experience with best practices in commercial and Federal supply chains (preferred).
