SAP ABAP Developer, HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute advanced ABAP and ABAP OO programming within the SAP HCM framework.

• Design and modify customer-specific infotypes, database tables, and tailored functional modules.

• Create intricate reports for staffing plan publications, budget assessments, and staffing summaries.

• Guarantee efficient processing and enhancement of substantial data sets within the HCM module.

• Personalize and expand tools for large-scale organizational changes, such as departmental consolidations and extensive reorganizations.

• Conduct unit tests, carry out code evaluations, and maintain detailed technical documentation for developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO development.

• Technical expertise with SAP HCM infotype structures and the OM object model.

• Demonstrated experience in developing customer-specific infotypes within the HCM setting.

• Capability to generate complex reports and optimize performance for large data sets.

• Background in creating technical documentation for developers and conducting code reviews.

• Fluent in German (Native).
